Ingredients
- 3 cups of flour
- 250 g of margarin
- 1 tablespoon of yogurt
- 1/3 a cup of powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- 1/2 a grated lemon peel, vanilla
For Marmalade
- 3 sour apples
- 1/2 a cup of sugar
- 1/2 a cup of chopped walnuts
- 1/3 a tablespoon of cinnamon

- Preparation of Marmalade: Wash and peel the apples. Grate and cook them with sugar until the apples absorb the water that they released. Let cool, then add in chopped walnuts and cinnamon. Seperate according to the number of dough pieces.
- Sieve flour in a pot. Make a space in the middle and add in softened margarine, yogurt, powdered sugar, baking powder and grated lemon peel. Quickly mix to form dough.
- Divide the dough into golf-ball size pieces. Roll out into oval shapes until each piece is 9-10 cm in diameter. Put apple marmalade in the middle. Roll up the dough and bring the edges underneath, forming a crescent shape.
- Set the dough onto a tray. Cook in an oven on medium heat. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with a mixture of powdered sugar and vanilla.
