- Peel onions and chop them breadthways into 1/2cm wide, ring-shaped slices.
- Sprinkle them with salt and black pepper.
- Dredge onion slices in flour, dip into whisked eggs, and then cover with bread crumbs, and shake off excess crumbs.
- Place rings in a pot with heated oil and fry until they turn pink. Remove with a sieved ladle onto paper-towels to absorb excess oil.

- Remove the skin from the breast meat, and slice into layers with a knife.
- Put the meat in between sheets of aluminum foil and thin by beating with hands.
- Place chopped onions in between meat layers and pile them on top of each other. Let marinate in a covered container while refrigerating.
- When preparing, remove the onions from the meat. Make small cuts along the meat and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Dredge the meat with flour, then cover in whisked eggs and bread crumbs, and smooth by hand.
- Fry in hot oil until they turn pink, and serve with rice and salad.
