  1. Peel onions and chop them breadthways into 1/2cm wide, ring-shaped slices.
  2. Sprinkle them with salt and black pepper.
  3. Dredge onion slices in flour, dip into whisked eggs, and then cover with bread crumbs, and shake off excess crumbs.
  4. Place rings in a pot with heated oil and fry until they turn pink. Remove with a sieved ladle onto paper-towels to absorb excess oil.

  1. Remove the skin from the breast meat, and slice into layers with a knife.
  2. Put the meat in between sheets of aluminum foil and thin by beating with hands.
  3. Place chopped onions in between meat layers and pile them on top of each other. Let marinate in a covered container while refrigerating.
  4. When preparing, remove the onions from the meat. Make small cuts along the meat and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  5. Dredge the meat with flour, then cover in whisked eggs and bread crumbs, and smooth by hand.
  6. Fry in hot oil until they turn pink, and serve with rice and salad.
