Yayla Soup

Ingredients
- 8 cups of beef stock
- 1/2 a cup of rice
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon of flour
- 2 cups of plain yogurt
- 2 tablespoons of oil
- 2 teaspoons of dried mint
- 1 teaspoon of dried red pepper
- Salt

- Wash rice and bring to a boil in beef stock.
- Beat together yogurt, egg and flour, and dilute with half a cup of water.
- Add mixture to the boiling rice and let simmer. Add salt.
- When serving, sprinkle with dried mint and a mixture of heated oil and red pepper over the soup.
